The League’s Digital Media Toolkit is a practical guide for planning events, creating consistent media, evaluating outreach and engaging new revolutionaries. The live Duda page identifies it as a first version intended to evolve with feedback.
Goals
- Increase social-media reach.
- Standardize and coordinate League events.
- Use a cohesive, recognizable visual strategy across the organization.
- Improve event evaluation.
- Build a more deliberate process for engaging new revolutionaries.
About two months before an event
- Submit the event early enough to coordinate a shared League calendar and avoid conflicts.
- Work with RevTech on promotional art using high-resolution League logos and platform-appropriate formats. Contact: theleagueofrevolutionaries@gmail.com.
- Consider a short promotional video when it adds value.
About six weeks before
- Coordinate with RevTech / digital media for website and email promotion.
- Prepare the event page, registration or participation information and social assets.
Two to three weeks before
- Prepare presentation materials and slides.
- Review Zoom / streaming practices and roles.
- Prepare an evaluation so participants can give useful feedback.
- Assign responsibility for recording, captioning and post-event distribution when appropriate.
Within a week after
- Review evaluation responses.
- Follow up with people who expressed interest in the League or related work.
- Share recordings and useful materials.
- Document lessons for the next event.
Design + naming guidance
- Use The League, League of Revolutionaries, or the full organization name in public-facing design rather than relying only on the initials.
- Use the current League website address in public materials.
- Keep logos, typography, event art and platform graphics visually consistent.
