The League Member’s Manual explains how members fit into the organization and how the organization can be used to advance common revolutionary work.
Welcome to the League
The manual emphasizes that history is made by people who understand their worth, act collectively and organize around what they believe. Effective organization requires transparent processes, inclusive discussion, political clarity and members willing to take responsibility for the work.
The League is described not as an organization of leaders and followers but as a democratic collective of revolutionaries. Membership means participating in political education and discussion, accepting responsibility, carrying out agreed work and contributing to the organization.
League mission
The mission is to unite with other revolutionaries around working-class demands, especially the demands of workers displaced from stable economic life, and to show that the lasting solution is a cooperative society in which social wealth is commonly owned and distributed according to need.

Membership and responsibility
Members are expected to belong to or help build a League collective, participate in study and political discussion, contribute to planning and evaluation, carry out assignments, recruit and support the organization. The manual explains the role of collectives, areas and national structures and how democratic decision-making is linked to accountability.
